About the Project:

Lively is a modern commercial project located in the heart of New Cairo, specifically on North 90th Street, opposite Waterway 2. Lively is designed to be more than just a workspace; it is an integrated destination that combines work with social life. The project includes carefully designed office and commercial spaces, along with integrated facilities to ensure a seamless and comfortable working experience.

  • Located in Sector 3 of the Fifth Settlement.

Project Design:

Lively consists of two connected buildings in a V-shape, featuring a double facade that provides panoramic views, two ground floors with two internal courtyards, and a central hub that connects the upper floors with the open spaces on the ground floor. The design emphasizes integration with nature, providing outdoor areas that encourage social interactions.

Areas and Services:

  • Land Area: 2,500 square meters.
  • Built Area: 10,600 square meters.
  • Access: Two private entrances from North 90th Street and 70th Street.
  • Parking: Two underground levels.
  • Commercial Spaces: Provide easy access from the street or from within the project.
  • Administrative Spaces: Offer easy access from separate entrances and secondary access connected to the commercial areas.
